Eight calculators that answer the money questions people actually ask

No sign-up, no email, nothing stored. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser, and each one shows the working so you can see where the number comes from. Results are illustrations, not promises — real market returns move up and down.

Which one should you use?

If you are starting out

Begin with the compound interest calculator to see how time does the heavy lifting, then the SIP calculator to put your own monthly number into it. Read What is a SIP? alongside.

If you are comparing options

Use the CAGR calculator, not the “total return” a seller quotes you. A fund that grew 80% in six years and one that grew 80% in four are not the same investment — CAGR is what makes them comparable.

If you are borrowing

The EMI calculator shows the number most people never look at: total interest paid over the life of the loan. On a long home loan it can exceed the amount you borrowed.

If you are planning retirement

The SWP calculator answers a harder question than “how much will I have” — it asks how long the money lasts once you start taking from it.
